Our
Philosophy and Approach to Care
Our objective is to help the people who need us, while not invading
their privacy. Therefore, our caregivers will provide as much or as
little help as you need in order for you to have the best possible
quality of life while maintaining your independence.
Health Access Santé accommodates even the most demanding
situations and can assist all members of the family. We are always here
to discuss your concerns.
The health of our community is very important to us. We believe that
people want to be healthy and are looking for ways to remain at home
and maintain their independence for as long as is reasonably possible.
Health Access Santé serves the Montreal area, including: Baie
d'Urfé, Beaconsfield, Kirkland, Dollard des Ormeaux, Dorval,
Pierrefonds, Pointe Claire, Roxboro and Senneville, as well as Montreal
and surrounding areas, including Westmount, Town of Mount Royal,
Hampstead, Cote St. Luc, and St. Laurent.
Coping with change can be difficult; we understand that. These changes
can include a family member or loved one who:
- Has been diagnosed with a disease such as
Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, or Parkinson's disease
- Needs palliative care
- Has had a traumatic injury (accident)
- Has had a heart attack or stroke
- Has mental or physical handicaps or challenges
- Needs rehabilitation after hospitalization
Our healthcare workers are caring, dedicated, and skilled. You can rely
on us to develop flexible care plans that are supervised by our nurses,
and modified as need to suit your changing situation.
We provide help 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
