We provide health education, promote wellness, and provide screening services, by appointment, at our clinic. We also visit companies to bring wellness and health teaching to the company employees and management.
Our clinics include teaching and screening for:
- Hypertension (high blood pressure)/stroke
- Medication, diet, and exercise review
- Cholesterol screening and teaching
- Diabetes, blood glucose (sugar) screening and teaching
- New diagnosis teaching given by personal physicians
- Working with aging parents
- Dealing with confusion and aggressive behaviours
- Osteoporosis/bone mass density screening
- Blood sample and specimen collection, results review
You may come to our clinic by appointment, and speak with our experienced and caring nurse. Or, you maybe book a clinic for your place of work.
Executive Packages
Time is a valuable resource. Our nurses can help save you the time and hassle of waiting in hospitals, clinics, or laboratories to have samples taken of blood and other specimens.
With our package, it only takes minutes to for us to take specimens in the privacy of your home or workplace, at a time that is convenient for you. The test results will be sent to your doctor, with a copy to you. Our nurses are also available to explain to you the results.
Family Support Service
Are you worried about your parents while you are at work? Do your parents need short- or long-term support so you can have peace of mind when you cannot be with them? Do you have children at home from school who need care? Do you or a family member need help maintaining the home for a short time or an ongoing basis?
